I believe, with everything I have, that how we respond to change is one of the most consequential things about us, not because it defines us, but because it shapes us.

Why I built this.

Every transition we move through (every disruption we survive, resist, or lean into) is quietly forming the person we're becoming. I created The 9 Responses to Change because I kept watching people struggle alone with experiences that had names, patterns, and pathways through them, if only they had a map.

Over years of facilitation, retreat work, and deep listening, I've refined that map into something I'm proud to call a living framework: intellectually grounded, humanly accessible, and built to grow with the people who use it.

The toolkit.

Alongside the 9 Responses, I developed the 7 Actions of Agency and the Agency Awareness Toolkit, a facilitation-ready system of assessments, reflection journals, and guided worksheets designed to translate insight into action.
